We’ll share a spread of classics—dolmathakia, tzatziki, taramosalata, spinach pie, hummus, tabbouleh, feta, eggplant salad, and olives—followed by heartier plates like the gyro (ground beef and lamb with garlic, onions, and herbs), moussaka, and souvlaki (marinated pork skewers).
