We’ll be gathering at Cafe Vanak, a Persian restaurant serving traditional cuisine in Belmont. Vegetarians will be sharing stuffed grape leaves, kashk bademjan (persian eggplant dip with walnuts, mint, garlic, and kashk), Koo Koo Sabzi (a Persian herb egg dish), and lentil rice with onion and raisins. Non-vegetarians will be sharing Beef Koobideh and Chicken Koobideh over basmati rice.
